The morning class has been going off lately with good numbers and all hitting that mat at CJJA from 6:30am to 7:30am, iv really seen a huge improvement in the guys coming to the morning class as they get the extra hour in every session and with the smaller classes we really get to work on our understanding and push our level. the class might sound fast at only one hour but in that time we train a lot we start with a quick jiu jitsu related warm up them work drills and free roll rounds so in the hour you will be doing around 40 min real time rolling.
